Welcome to Aledo Chapter!

Young Men's Service League is a non-profit organization that's mission is to assist, serve and support those in need in our community, while developing leadership skills among our membership and promoting strong mother/son relationships.

2018-2019 was the Aledo Chapter's charter year and we are honored to be the first chapter in Parker County!  As we launch our second year, we are excited to serve the area by partnering with wonderful philanthropies such as, Tarrant Area Food Bank, Pythian Home, Keep Texas Beautiful (Benbrook), Beautiful Feet, Clear Fork Senior Care Center, Justin's Place, Mission Continues, FROGS, Center of Hope, Bread Basket, Texas Ramp Project and the Special Olympics.

YMSL Aledo History

The Aledo Chapter of YMSL was formed by a group of mothers who desired to work together with their teenage sons by serving alongside them in the community.  These mothers felt strongly about passing along to their sons a commitment to serve by introducing the boys to a wide variety of people and needs. We hope to develop leaders and raise strong young men while spending meaningful time together.  In this organization, mothers and sons commit to a 4 year program of philanthropy, life skills education and leadership development. Each mother and son will hold a position of responsible charge within the organization.

Annually, the chapter also undertakes a large "Ultimate Gift" project for one philanthropy in which every mom and son works over a weekend to provide a dramatic difference
